Counseling your legal representatives in the transfer of property after death to heirs and/or beneficiaries, including formal probate administration, trust termination and, where appropriate, the transfer of property by way of abbreviated probate procedures available under California law.

Essential planning for individuals who are suffering from a disability and for individuals responsible for the care of a disabled adult or child. This planning often includes development of special needs trusts and/or initiation of guardianship or conservatorship proceedings, where necessary.
Elder Law
Planning for the control, management, access to and preservation of assets during one’s life. This planning can be for the  benefit of the individual, his or her spouse and/or structured  distribution to the individual’s ultimate beneficiaries. Elder Law can include disability planning and conservatorship where appropriate.

Counseling clients in their choice of business entities when forming a new business as well as integration with estate planning, asset protection and preservation, and business succession and/or termination.
